It's interesting to see Ashley fighting this battle again. He wasn't liked there and was removed by the fans favored consortium, but is he now just trying to muddy the waters and be a pain in the proverbial because "Rangers' board has put forward a resolution to this month's annual meeting for the removal of voting rights of any shareholder involved in another football club" (aimed directly at Ashleys fat arse) or does he have a point? I never realized the King had tax convictions etc. in South Africa...

What does it mean for N.U.F.C.? (probably not much)

To be fair I could see him being sucessful here, Ashely isnt stupid, definatley not in a business sense or he appoints very good solicitors. He kind of reminds me of a dolphin, Dolphins dont waste energy by hunting food relentlessly, they only go for the easy option. They never pursue something that isnt worth it.

If King has tax issues in SA, then its no different to Cecillino of Leeds, and I would hazard a guess that the laws of the SFA and the FA are probably written and interpreted in exactly the same way.

For us, im not too fussed if he take over Rangers, makes no difference, we wont ever qualify for Uefa cup or the CL so its pretty irrelavent.

I don't know about the Rangers carry on..................... but look how stubby Penfold's chubby little fingers are in the photograph. They must make Ashley's cock look huge when he is ****ing him off under the board room table. Now the apparent madness off Penfold's appointment becomes clear <doh>

He has no cronies left on the board to just wave everything through. I believe he's trying to protect the VERY favourable marketing deal Lambias gave SD which saw Rangers get very little from the sale of shirts etc. Dave King is challenging this.

Who's on the loan list to Rangers this year?

Obertan, Cisse and Krul should do it, get them off the books to make room in your 25 man squad.

Rangers have no NUFC players this year, although James Tavernier is doing ok with them after signing in the summer.

Think he is just the sort of guy who doesn't like it when he gets thwarted in one of his schemes and once he realised he wasnt going to take control of the club he stuck his heels in about the deal he struck on Rangers gear sales and the car park in return for a cash loan and now wants to make them squirm.
When you look at some of the other investments SD are making (Debenhams, House of Fraser etc) this is so small time.
