Seen today getting off the tube at Fulham Broadway, wearing a suit, teeth re-polished and carrying a 10,000 page dossier with a 5 million point plan for CFC's revival
I think you'll find, Treble, that I imparted this news to our Chelsea friends, on another thread. I actually believe that Rodgers could do some good for Chelsea. Okay, he'll never win them the title, or even get them 4th spot on a regular basis, but he'll certainly make them competitive for the Europa places, and the odd domestic cup run.
I'm not so sure. I can imagine the first attempt at his cringeworthy sychophantic speel to Roman and the Russian gangster putting a bullet in his head. It would be like that scene from Die Hard where the sharp-suited, fast talking salesman goes in to "negotiate" with Hans and ends up being dragged out by the legs.
Not quite. Rodgers managed to finish above Spurs only once. And that was only because he had the fortune to have a World class player carrying the team.
