Aye, I've had mice in mine before.
Don't mind the mice as long as the little bastards don't get in the house.
Poor ****ers are just looking for summat to eat.

Got one bin for waste; one for recycling. Collect one of the two every week, on alternate weeks. Works well enough. Tandridge Council average 52% recycling of waste ATM, which isn't too shabby.

I have two wheelie bins and a box. One for general, one for plastic and metal and the box is for cardboard. Nothing for garden waste and it costs a fortune to remove.

I've seen programs on tele, of them sorting it (riveting stuff) on conveyor belts. They pick out big boxes, cans, newspapers and bottles and let the rest go into a big crusher for land fill.

The plastic got put into big vats and shredded, then mixed with other materials, it was then going to be sold to a company who make garden furniture and decking out of it.

Cardboard and paper was crushed into big bales and sent to India.

Metal was crushed into big lumps and shipped to China.

Funny enough mate I have changed and never kill a thing now in fact hate people who go shooting or hunting don't mind things that are killed to eat but don't like killing for fun or sport, back then I was only 14 and it was a bit of a rush killing a big rat like that.

My wife hates it when I open the windows for flies. She just can't grasp the fact that I won't kill anything.

Life's just so amazing, who am I to shorten it?

Except mozzies! They're just the Devils bairns!

Green bin for general waste, yellow for recycling.. Green waste you can just go to the local tip,no charge just show your drivers licence. Every month most councils here allow residents to do a curbside collection, dump your old furniture tv stands etc on front lawn and council will collect. Anyone can pick up those items too.

I like variety when I go hunting mate. Rabbits, foxes, wood pigeon, magpies, grey squirrels etc.

It's just all rats down there.
