Stupid or not, it will make a mark and whilst I do not think it the strongest form of protest we should all get behind it for the Ipswich game.to keep the pressure on. I did not wear a black and white scarf yesterday or carry a balloon, but made sure that everything I wore was black and white save for the remembrance poppy.

Interesting tale that before the match, one of the four soldiers, the one who carried out our remembrance day tribute for the fallen in the centre circle, gave a speech to the home dressing room. I don't know what was said but it may have helped instil some of the spirit that our troops carry with them around the world into the team. If true we should make available a platoon of seats every home game for our troops.

It just isn't original, it's an idea stolen from another club (so won't be appealing as a new idea would be to the media) and think it's lazy.

Man Utd also changed colors to represent the Newton Heath (the original name) - so had a cultural significance. The FA cup victory significance was brought in very late in the game.

It's a shame we seemingly ran with the first idea that came to someone's mind.

to be fair, the mind it came out of hasn't had an original thought in rather a long time <ok>

Someone tried to start a "spell it out in black & white" chant but it didn't really get anywhere. Doesn't go well with the Roland Out theme. It was a good demo, I enjoyed it and hope there is another one next game, hopefully even bigger. I was glad none of the self-proclaimed fans' leaders turned up with a megaphone to try and take charge, it was all spontaneous and positive. The Jason Euell song and the We Want Roland Out at the end of the game showed that whatever the result of the game the fans' revolt goes on.

What's the thoughts on Euell? Are people actually thinking he's the mastermind, or is it more that they're rebelling against Fraeye?

Euell was far more active than Fraeye in the technical area, far more vocal and looked a bit like Martin O'Neil used to, I think he's having a major effect on the team, and this also helps the fans to cope with having Fraeye in place. H e seems to be proving himself a respected coach with the U-21's, I am quite impressed.

How would you feel if he was offered the job full time?

It's perhaps a redundant question, as I don't see him getting the nod ahead of Fraeye. Just seeing how highly regarded we view him.

Mixed feelings. If the job he took was as Head Coach under the same set-up and same CEO I'd say it was a cynical sop to the fans, but if he was allowed to manage properly I'd like it. I would be a bit confused though, as it would signal a change in direction by Roland, and he doesn't seem that sort of owner.

If he changes direction then he may as well go for it properly and appoint someone with experience.

All the jason Euells red n white army etc is just a dig at the regime saying we are ignoring their appointment whether he's the brains behind it I wouldn't know and it is only 1 good performance in the 3 since Luzon went .

He did seem to be having a bit more influence on the play than the head coach and it was notable that when Lookman came on Fraeye decided to have a few words in the lads ear and then Euell explained what he wanted him to do and Fraeye appeared to sit down either in agreement or frustration. For most of the match Euell was in the technical area directing whilst Fraeye stood with his hands crossed or sat down.

However it played out - it worked. Al

Also if the black and white thing is to work it should be "Jason Euell's Black and white army" for the Ipswich game.
Super - I recognise that it wasn't an original idea but it is a form of protest that we can back to keep the momentum going which is what is needed if we are to avoid complacency arising after a win. Even if I don't agree with the people who started it they are Charlton as well.

The protest on Saturday made the headlines in Belgium's version of the BBC

I cannot see 100 old duffers dressed as Fulham fans managing the same impact v Ipswich.

It is a laughably under powered gimmick, thought up (copied) to put certain people back on the spotlight.

I saw about 4 or 5 black & white scarves at the demo. Maybe our CEO saw them and that was when she retreated from the window?

She retreated from the window, and then went downstairs and talked to the Sheff Wed VIPs in the suite just above the entrance. Did you see her? I would describe her expression at this point as "strained" although fake bonhomie is her speciality. That was when the abuse really started. Had she smiled as CEO of Millwall, it really would have kicked off at this point.

She is just out of her depth in so many ways.

Big Mak confirms the story of a member of the armed forces giving a speech prior to the game - and the positive affect it had on him.

I think we've found our new manager. Whoever he may have been, he had more effect than Fraeye has in a fraction of the time.

There is a former decorated Marine who's good at giving speeches to thousands of people every week; and his name is.................... JOHN CENA!
