Donga, just a friendly word of advice. Paige Moss Koppshite won't like you using the term "Uniturd" on the Liverpool board. It will both outrage and offend him.

No, it was in several other media outlets (not in the Mirror or Mail though, 'natch) that your fans rushed and jumped the turnstiles at Wembley that year. :emoticon-0148-yes:

Klopp has got a point about the fans, but I think the premier league prices have driven the younger generation of fans away and its full of tourists wanting to go to Anfield as a tourist destination, rather than fanatical supporters coming along to support their team and old farts who have no interest in singing. Example is when I was watching a recent game someone had his camera out for EVERY corner because he wanted to get a goal on video. I don't understand this mentality because the goals will be on video from a much better angle for ****ing eternity anyway, why can't you just concentrate on watching the game and creating an intimidating atmosphere.

All the grounds in the PL have crap atmosphere these days, same thing would've happened at Old Trafford, Woodison, White Hart Lane etc.

I'm glad he said it. ****ing half arsed tossers <ok> If you can't be bothered to do the full 90 don't ****ing go.

Not sure I'd be mocking if I was a manc tho....Old Trafford's the worst ground in the country for it.

Was he moaning about fans leaving before or after Palace's winner?

I remember Aurelio making it 1-3 with 25 minutes to go and the Toilet flushed out two-thirds of the Wools!

Just after the goal went in. Which is a valid point, it was only like 80 minutes, who the **** thinks the game is over on the 80th minute? Chances are these people were going early anyway but its really ****ty way to support your team and if its people like this getting the tickets to Anfield its no wonder the atmosphere is ****ing awful almost every time these days.

City fans are the worst for it. They **** off with 5 mins plus injury time to go even if the game isn't decided.

Fair enough if you're getting gubbed and you've seen enough, but to be one down with 10 minutes plus to go it's ****ing crap tbh.

OT isn't great but it's far from the worst.

The thing about Anfield is the contrast. The place is ripping with emotion as everyone belts out YNWA and then rapidly descends into a morgue like status. It's like the fans, both regulars and tourists, think they've done their bit by singing the funeral march and then sit back and expect to be entertained (which more often than not they aren't).

Klopp had obviously heard the mythical tales of the legendary Anfield cathedral but experienced the reality today.

Even when we're getting battered I'd still stay to the end. When I paid 60 quid to watch Liverpool V Real Madrid and it was 3-0 I still stayed till the end because I wanted my money's worth.

Seen none of our game at all ... little snippets out in town. But from what I've heard and read sounds like more dross from the usual suspects who aren't good enough and who Klopp will hopefully ship out and replace coupled with lackse performances from those who are capable of / should be doing more

Klopp needs to lose the cap permanently as that's obviously why we've lost, worked at Dortmund only

****ing Palace turn us over again ... getting closer though, next time it should be 1-1 <laugh>

It is ironic - we expect the team to never give up, but fans do.

In truth, and going back 20 years ago to when I had a season ticket in the Centenary, there's always been the 'Kemlyn Road Bums' and their ilk, even in the 70's and 80's. My dad somehow managed to get back to the Supporters' Club in Lower Breck by 5pm after every game, even managing to get his chips and fishcake on the way. My uncle left bob-on with 15 minutes to go every game 'cause he had to drive back to the Wirral and had to beat the traffic. I never saw the point, myself. Far better to go for a pint or three after the game and share a taxi in pleasantly pissed way. then get the bitch to drive across and pick me up.

I very rarely do it. However, I did leave a few seasons back with 2 mins plus injury time left, when we were 1-3 down to United at Goodison, and the game looked dead. Final score.....3-3 <doh>
