One bit of good news is that 'Pool are currently 1-2 down, at home, against Palace. Kalamity Klopp Out!
Gutted. Feels like a loss. By far the better team and we slipped up against a desperate side flinging balls into the box. Really good performance and we can take a lot from that, but we should've taken all three points. Can't help feeling that the players ran out of steam, which makes it quite hard to accept.
I would've taken that before the game so I'm not too unhappy. We played well and 1 sloppy error gave it away
Disappointed because we didn't win with this side against the world-class (TM) Goons at the Library after the way they played. <consolidification>
Great performance generally speaking, let down by some dodgy defending in the box and Lloris's near-post weakness flashing its ugly grin again, as it does every once in a while. Right now it feels like a bit of a loss but I think that upon reflection we'll be talking about some fantastic performances from the lads and a game where we really deserved to win, even though we got the draw we probably all would have taken before the game.
PNP makes the points. Yes disappointing but at the same time I thought we outclassed Arsenal for whole periods of that match and I did not expect us to be that good so soon. The expectation of top 4 has increased as far as I am concerned. Well MP you are producing a fine team.
At least we have a whole week off before West Ham. That's going to be really tough given their away form but to go into the Chelsea match on the back of a win would be brilliant.
A spursy lapse has cost us. A Walker brain fart. Old habits...but the new habits are great. All in all a good point to take from their place.
"Right now it feels like a bit of a loss but I think that upon reflection we'll be talking about some fantastic performances from the lads and a game where we really deserved to win, even though we got the draw we probably all would have taken before the game." As I said at the beginning, always hope not to lose away. But this feels like 2 pts lost. Could have done with an old-hand CM in there though IMHO.
Spurs should have won, but I'll settle for none of CIty, Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea or Liverpool getting a result this weekend.
