Re-reading this thread , I think the ones moaning about the ones moaning about the TV coverage are actually more annoying than the original moaners such as myself. I was watching cricket till 9 so had no chance to watch Skys Championship highlights at the same time and watching the internet Sky clips on my ****ty non-hd laptop which buffers the Sky site (thanks again Karoo), well I'd rather watch it on TV tbh. and on the same day
100% agree Bo, however there's no way that he has the engine to take either of the central midfield berths, so that only leaves Diame's position available to him, and, other than cameos from the bench, he isn't taking Diame's place anytime soon. After saying all of that it's nice to see him having an impact when thrown into the fray, it's probably been as frustrating for him as anyone. It's quite remarkable though how our performances have turned around since Thudd has been left out of the starting eleven.
I've always wanted him to do well as I love his type with amazing technique but he doesn't fit into our team in a defensive role, also he's quite clumsy going into challenges. Perhaps if Diame goes in January we will finally see the best of him with defensive support from Meyler/Livermore/ Hayden, but I wouldn't want Clucas' wings to be clipped to favour Tom
okay so one little thing that stood out to me in an otherwise excellent performance was the throw ins.... in the first half there was a run of four or five on the left from Andy Robertson where Clucas back headed to no one in particular and we lost possesion. One led to the Nugent's shot on goal. Oda...Moses on the other side seems to have throw ins sorted or is it that Elmo and Mo were giving him more movement and some one to throw to? Once I noticed it It wound me up at the time. I have let it go now I am now calm
A further point i forgot to make, Fabrini is a horrible diving little twat who runs like a girl. Good touch about him mind.
To say that Elmo had a big part to play, especially in the first and third goals, I'm surprised he didn't get in that many posters top three in the MotM thread.
I would attempt this but unfortunately my body is beginning to absorb them. It's gonna take surgery to remove them in May.
Perhaps he needs space others can offer him, which is fine, but what's this free-kick nonsense? No. 73 buses on Hessle Rd were a lot more reliable that Hudd's free-kicks.
Sky show highlights quite soon after the match so you don't have to wait until the next day. The OWS highlights are a bit longer but Sky is still sufficient for something shown soon after. I don't have a computer monitor. I have two TVs connected to my computer and another TV connected to Sky. All my TVs are 32".
