As has been said, I've seen far worse that has been allowed to pass by. If it had gotten really nasty and threatening, maybe. But it was a long way off of that.
Mods never read threads. They get a complaint and close then. Kind of like American coppers, get a call and then shoot someone. Questions and investigations come later.
