I don't think it's attention seeking, what annoys me is the fans that piss their pants that the media aren't sucking our cocks because we're top of the league in November. Big ****ing deal, celebrate what we have done, not what other people are saying. If anything you're belittling our team's achievements by saying they don't carry any merit unless the media are patting us on the back.

If was going to call you a ****, I'd have called you a ****. I just thought it, I didn't say it. When you assume, you make an ass of u and me.

    ****.

most of that is gibberish - so wanting to see longer highlights is belittling the teams achievements - if anyone can even remotely explain that statement I will give them £10

No, it's not gibberish. Again, it's not what I said.

The only reason you want longer highlights is because you feel belittled by the fact that they only showed our goals and that was it. Because we're doing well, you want the media to respond in kind and recognise our achievements by giving us extra highlights and something to brag about to other fans.

That's the only reason I can think of that you'd even care about how much coverage we get on a tin pot highlights show. Did you moan about our match timings when we were on match of the day last season?

I'm not saying it isn't nice to get credit from the media, what I am saying is that making a fuss about not getting it is ****ing ridiculous.

Does it? Bruce was out injured, Maguire woudn't have played otherwise.

I'd facepalm, but I'd end up in A and E with the sheer blunt force trauma of it.

How in **** does someone else playing well means another player, who is currently out injured so couldn't play, is not good?

You're deluded beyond ****ing belief. There's no point even trying to communicate with you. He could score a hat trick in the Champions League final for us and you'd still ****ing complain that one of his goals was a mishit or something.

    Arsehole.

If you think you're getting £10 for that, think again - just cos I want to see City on telly DOESN'T mean I feel belittled - seriously, trust me, it's gibberish - I'll give you the benefit of the doubt as it's Saturday night and assume you've had too many cans of white lightning

and that's the problem - better players only get to play when Junior is injured - hopefully Maguire makes the best of this opportunity - best performance of the season today - did you watch the first 20 minutes at Brentford, funny how it changed so much after that, I wonder what happened

Bloody hope it does. If they don't televise that there'll be a riot over here from both sets of fans.

The Cardiff-Reading game was the 3PM Championship world feed game so more footage was available. The Hudders-Leeds and Forest-Derby where both also televised games so more footage of them. Channel 5 gets the highlights from Sky.

Your ****ing deluded beyond belief. If that was the case how do you explain Davis playing the first however many games before he was injured and Alex was sat on the bench?

There's really no point engaging with him over this. He's shown time and time again that he's chosen to hold an extreme view and will be sticking to it. You're never going to get a proper discussion out of it.

I suspect that they would love it and give plenty of cover if our season was to go pear shaped.

The coverage probably reflects what Channel 5 paid to the FL for the rights.

The show on the 21st November will give us more coverage simply because the Bristol City game is live on TV so they'll have access to extended
highlights - I'm sure it will all be in the contract with the FL that they couldn't show extended action from our game yesterday cos it wasn't on TV.

Broadcasting rights are also the reason why Sky can only show 60 seconds of highlights of the PL games that BT show live - it will all be written into contract.

No need to get your undergarments in a twist.

Love my footie and used to watch any tv programme until this c**p appeared on CH5. Now without a doubt the one footie programme I avoid and will not watch under circumstances irrespective of City's coverage!

Amateurish at best, the presenters have no feel for the game, the so called `experts` are as wooden as pinochio, and when they feature Huddersfield v white shyte as the main game is astounds me. One season wonder this crap, to be filed and never aired again.... hopefully. The white shyte bias is sickening.

Absolutely this. By watching it you're simply encouraging the ****s with increased viewing figures, to watch is to encourage ****eness.
