Spot on. They are our 2 best players. Perez did ok today. Got involved despite us not basically attacking at all. Gini was barely on the pitch though for some reason. A win is a win though.

 

I disagree, Gini will be here for at least another season, next season I think he will become even better as we improve and he gets used to the PL.
Perez will be here for at least 2 more seasons maybe more if his partnership with Mitro takes off!

 

I think by the beginning of next season both are sold because they are already being looked and we are doing ****.

Yes we sell players, a bit like every other club does. The only difference is we are sell key players when we get an offer we can't refuse or the ****ty player has a hissy fit and reckon they are better than they are!

SM has said he will be given funds for 3 transfer windows - none of our new signings will be off for at least 18 months and same for Ayoze!

 

Selling has been around for thousands of years mate it started of as trading for cattle etc and little has changed.

Obviously what will and does happen is a decent club comes in for a player and they want to go which is absolutely going to be the case with Perez and gini.

Janmaat = Debuchy
Perez > Nolan
Mitro (long term) > Ba
True, no replacement for Cabaye yet but we now have Mbemba and Gini!

I think some people are painting a prettier picture of the last few years than the reality. Ashley acknowledged he was running us on a shoestring and got it wrong. Lets not pretend we have gone about running the club correctly claiming we replaced players. we didn't and flirted with relegation as a result. The slate was wiped clean in the summer and a new approach taken. That should be commended, just as the past should be condemned.
