Diame Livermore McGregor The most difficult MOM I can remember though, probably since Burnley away, but this time for the right reasons.
Very, very hard to choose. 1. Clucas - Covered a lot of ground down the left, worked exceptionally hard and got a well-earned goal. 2. Livermore - Instrumental in midfield, broke up Middlesbrough's play when they had possession in midfield and made some incredible passes 3. Odubajo - Same as Clucas but on the right, linked up really well with Elmo and Diame and took the ball forward and cut in on his left foot a few times. Nobody and I mean nobody had a bad game; everybody was above average. Shoutouts to Robbo, Hudd, Diame, Hernandez and our two centre-backs today.
Going to have to think about this, every player could genuinely be in the top 3... EDIT: Clucas Diame Livermore
1 Moses worked tirelessly 2 Sam as above 3 Harry powerful and kept a calm head Well done everyone else and Steve Bruce
Clucas Livermore Diame Some of the boro fans were a disgrace. The ref was the worst we've had this season.
Did you go to the Lesta game I thought the ref was just tryingvto let it flow which made it better has a specticle
I'd pick the whole team if I could but:- Clucas - Robbie who? Seriously this boy just gets better with every game, great crosses, two goals in the last two games, and he's building a tremendous partnership with Robbo. Jake - he's taking no prisoners and his all round play is so important to making the team tick. Great to have you back Jake! Elmo - won every header that was punted to him from McGregor, and made something of every one, including the assist for the all important first goal just before the break for Mo. Special mentions to McGregor, he kept us a goal to the good when making a superb save at 1-0. Both fullbacks, they literally ran their blood to water. Meyler, he's been a revelation since breaking back into the starting eleven, long may it continue. Daws for being captain fantastic! Maguire for looking truly like he belongs, and owns, the position that he played today. Mo for getting us started, he looks to be getting back to his best. Thudd, what difference playing him in a more advanced position! Abel, he tried but he always looks better to me with another forward alongside him.
