I think most of the fans have been more than patient but enough is enough. I can take losing to Arsenal but not to the worst Norwich side I've seen in years. Subs were useless again. Why take off creative players that can turn a game? 70% possession first half and 0 shots on target for the whole game. That's embarrassing and shameful in equal measure.

I really don't want to hear "there are no easy games in the Prem and Norwich had 10 men behind the ball". Dai - this means YOU.

We are better than this. We have our best squad in our history imo and our fans DESERVE better than this.

I'm done with Monk - time to go. Right NOW.

If we'd have had a free kick on the edge of the box it would have been down to Ki. Terrible subs yet again. No game plan, no intensity.

Monk has well and truly murdered "The Swansea Way" of quick, pass and move attacking football. Time to face the consequences.

Brendan Rodgers would be the obvious replacement here. But after the way he shafted us over Gylfi, Joe and tried with Bony I don't know. But needs must I suppose.....

Internet awash with Rodgers rumours. Not sure how I feel about that really. But Monk has to go.

Since the Watford game I have been banging the drum that we have an unbalanced side, caused by the insistence of playing Ayew in a "floating role". Teams know we are no threat down the right and thus know that if they stop Montero on the left then they stop the Swans.

Since Monk took over I have always supported him because we could play in several styles. We passed when we needed to, we put in dogged steely performances when we needed to. That has stopped.

We are now un unimaginative, unbalanced side on the road back to the Championship.

What I find so frustrating is Monks refusal to change the system when it clearly isn't working. He is making the same mistakes week after week.

He either changes or he'll be going. It's as simple as that.

No probs with the subs , but I'm at a loss for words for who they replaced.
Between the fact that we have a two week wait for our next game , and the availability of Rodgers , it's time .
I don't believe Jenkins will replace him though , for the same reason Monk refuses to replace Gomis , Jenkins won't replace Monk , they both don't want to admit being wrong to save face .

But Shelvey and Siggy are both capable of turning a game, either with a free kick or a through pass. Even if it wasn't happening over the whole game, in a split second they can both create or score. We know this. When you're in the dying minutes of a game you're chasing you do NOT take both off.

Oh, and if I was Tabanou or Eder I'd want out.

I'm of the thinking that Siggy and Shelvey should never start a game together , they should push each other for the same spot , behind the striker.
Start either or and if whoever plays well , give him 60 minutes then sub him with the other.
If whoever starts doesn't play well , sub him at half time.

Whether it's these two or some other combination, everyone has a view on why the team is unbalanced - except Monk, who persists with the same selections. Mystifying.

that must have been the worst Norwich side I have watched, yet we still couldn't be bothered to get stuck into them, and while I've got behind Monk these last few seasons, I am fast running out of reasons why I should bother anymore. I knew before the game he would call it as it happened, and knew that that would cost us the game and 3 points, but the continued stupidity of Monk to run with the useless Go-miss, is now really starting to irritate, cannot wait to see him sacked, if he is going to be so bloody stupid...........<ok>

Totally agree. It's depressing that imo Norwich are a team that will be fighting relegation. What does that say about us?

Did we not employ a Forwards Coach by the name of James BEATTIE who apparently was Garry Monks Best Man? Nepotism? What on earth is this man doing with our strikers? Today against one of the divisions poor sides we did not get a single shot on target. Another goal from a corner? What the hell are we doing on the training ground I ask? When Ayew joined us I always thought he was a number 9 ? All the videos suggested this. He can score with his head and he has quick feet in the box, surely it is worth looking at positional changes as well as reverting back to our flowing football. I do not recognise the football we are now witnessing, please listen Mr MONK for the clubs sake.

I'd sack him as well!
