What are the prospects of us getting a known striker in January? We are badly short of options up front as it is with goals getting harder to come by. What happens if Martial/Rooney picks up an injury? It would leave us even worse than we are at the moment. I would love to see a powerful forward that is young has a track record in the league. Kane would fit that bill, I think.

Who knows, we might score more goals??? We do need another striker to replace him. We won't be getting one. Why not play Wilson. He can't do any worse than Rooney atm can he.
I've changed my perspective on Rooney over the last three games or so. He is not a striker, but he isn't bad at all with link up play. What I think is missing in his game now is ability to take a chance. If he could bring that back, he would be great in that behind striker role. He sucks as the main striker though.
Thing with getting Kane is that 1. He is young 2. Proven 3. Can play in champions league if we qualify for knockout stages. Spurs fans?? Don't make me laugh!!!
How about Costa?? Seriously I would not touch him with a barge pole. Be patient and wait for the summer.
I'd like to see us get Kane, I think he'd be a great signing for us. The problem with going for him will be the price, Daniel Levy will make any potential buyer pay over the top for him. You never get any player off of Spurs for anything other than an over inflated price.
There is no way that lump would have scored past De Gea. The reason we lost that day was the joke we had in goal. Best signing we made in the summer was De Gea, thank **** it all ended well.
A natural right winger is definitely not a bad idea. We are too heavily dependent on the left hand side. We should go and get Willian. lol

Zero chance of us getting a proven class striker. Unless if Rooney gets s long term injury before January, then we might get one. As it is van gaal will play Rooney/martial as striker. Don't forget he also thinks Memphis can play as a striker. However he might end up buying s right winger which in all honesty is our no 1 priority. The thing though is this, if he buys a right winger, then mata will drop back to the middle which will also mean Rooney will play as the main striker. I want us to buy a right winger, but I don't want Rooney as our main striker.
