Im 100% positive that at the time if he had put our first team out it would have been a lot more lol... Here, I'm not defending it. I am firmly in the "put your best available team out" in every competition. If you have money like us the ideal is to have a squad big enough to cope if the first choice eleven players get injured. Yes manage a player or two maybe but wholesale changes should only be forced or if you are the All Blacks!

Haven't read the last 12 pages... Happy to see our pressing game is improving rapidly. We're hunting down the ball in the final third and, more often than not, winning it back quickly. I know it's 'only Kazan' but we did it against Chelsea too. Defensively, we're looking better too. Again, it's 'only Kazan' but previously I worried against any team we had a 1 goal lead over, but I felt confident we'd hold or add to that scoreline. Ibe's got his game back since Klopp came back! I thought Milner was poor again and glad to see him subbed out. What's his problem lately? Some terrible performances.

putting out a weak team really pissed me off at the time. after the years we missed and trying to qualify and the first time back and Rodgers doesn't even respect the Cup. a ****ing disgrace!
