Well said shaks. It's easier not to care when you don't invest time , effort and money..... I know, I am caring less and less each day now,
Fair enough Glory, I didn't know that. My lads have often drank in his pub and played pool with one of his sons..
mine are the same mate, we didn't get back to the hotel til 2.30am, that was some ****ing binge drink I can't remember Lorimer running the Broadway, I know he ran the bar that was on the site the old Hunslet Nelson cricket club on low road, Hunslet
FFS..I was in my bed by then, I finished the cider I had in the fridge first though. I have my priorities right.. That nutter was harmless though..
It was 4.30am when we finished on Saturday/sunday morning mate, poor Callum was a right state And yeah, that looneytune was ok, didn't have a ****ing clue what he was on about other than he was a goalie and he saved a Lorimer penalty or something
FFS fair play to you. I couldn't understand him, I was too busy listening to Shaky on the jukebox. Callum was a sound lad..
He is a sound lad mate, though he's ****in ruined now What was that drink you said you want me to get you when you're over again Shako?
Callum was talking about getting those three pints for free if you can drink them in the order that they are poured..ABBOTTS, BLACK SHEEP and RUDDLES I think..now I don't think that's the order. How the **** did I remember that conversation..
You've just reminded me of that mate, **** knows how you remembered it though, i'll have to ask him, I'm drinking with him on sunday, he stunk the ****in plane out on the way home with his Guinness farts, woke the bloke next to me up with them, the twat thought it was me
Either of you maybe right or wrong on Cellino. For the record, I have no issues with him being the owner other than the bad publicity. I do have an issue with him being manager, tactical adviser to the head coach, apparently head of recruitment and chief scout and I must admit to a little nervousness at being reassured about our lack of debt by a man convicted of false accounting at his last club. Particularly with the number of lawsuits we're amassing.
I would have bet my kids life it was the Broadway, but if you say it was the commercial I bow to your superior judgement.
I'm not 100% sure myself now mate, you could be right, I used to go in the Broadway now and again, just can't remember him there, I know he's been in the commercial a long time, and he ran the pub/club on low road Hunslet where McDonalds now stands, i'll find out though, The Broadway is the local of a mate of mine for many years he'll know
