Literally the WORST team to go behind too. Once your 2-0 against Bayern. You are better off sitting back and trying to reduce the damage than coming back at them.
Btw we all go on about how losing in Europe will help our league chances, not if we have to play on Thursdays in unknown parts of Europe.
To be honest, we only have ourselves to blame for idiotically losing the first two matches where we should have beaten both teams comfortably. In all likelihood, we're going to finish 3rd in the group so it may mean Thursday nights. What do we do? Take it seriously and try to win it, or play the youth players for experience and just focus on the PL and FA Cup? I personally think AW will do the latter.
Olympiakos will lose to Bayern, you just need to match or better their score at the Emirates when you go Greece.
Literally could not have been a worse night for us. We really don't want to finish in the 3rd Europa qualifying berth. But that is where we are headed....
I'd rather just concentrate on the league than go into the Europey pot. Thursday nights are reserved for Spursdays. We don't need it.
Something for the kids and squad players to play in, until Ospina gets you knocked you out of that too.
