    Heard on Radio Scotland 5:30 news about HMRC winning their appeal.

    It was reported that HMRC can't chase Rangers for owed tax (because the company that operated the EBT's was liquidated) and can't go chasing after the individual beneficiaries of the EBT's (not sure why).

    What HMRC will do now with this ruling is pursue companies that did, or still are, operating EBT's. Which is the whole reason HMRC fought the appeal.

    Fitba is insane. Where else could you get a contract that requires you to get a pay out if yer so pish at yer job you get sacked?

    I can just see any of us sidling up to an employer and saying I want a years salary if ye sack me. <laugh>
