If we haven't hd enough evidence over the last 3 and a bit years, our medical team are absolutely ****ing ****e. It's irrelevant anyway, as Bruce very rarely manages 90 minutes. Starting him is a waste of a sub.
Wouldn't be surprised if we have more injuries tonight, disappointing that Bruce hasn't been brave enough to rotate the squad for a Tuesday match. Fair enough keep a winning team if there's ample recovery time not tonight
According to some on here we just couldn't afford it at the time. Imagine going the season with the £18m duo taking up half our wage bill between them then going and spending £8m on another striker who would also want his slice of the cake after costing so much. Those who whinge about the current debt level would hve gone into meltdown.
Hindsight truly is a wonderful thing, isn't it? People like to 'forget' certain parts of stories too, ie. people forget what you've just put when saying we should've bought Gray.
That's Reading level. I get the feeling we're not going to be benefiting much from other results tonight.
We all thought, it was a bit of last minute panic from West Ham. They could hve gone for anyone. It's not like clubs were queuing up for him and his leaving was inevitable.
