I'd like to see Hudds and Hayden working in tandem again with Diame for this one with Jake and a few others getting a rest, worked perfectly last Tuesday. On no account set up with Huddlestone in his usual position though as then it will be the usual slow tempo rubbish. Today could be the day Hudds actually has a decent shot on target too and maybe even a goal
I know where you're coming from, totally, however if Thudd's brought back into his previous defensive midfield role everything will slow down again. If Bruce must bring him back then I hope that he gives him the same role that he had against Leicester, and, possibly even more importantly, that Jake doesn't think that he has to play in his shadow
Out of the players suggested to be left out I would definitely play the following: Livermore and Meyler in midfield Hernandez up front Bruce in defence
I'd take a draw atm. Hopefully get through the game without any incident, need a full contingent for Boro.
Tell him he's a **** from me. Ask him when he's going to do a follow up on his, "City have more chance of being relegated than promoted" show. **** should have been sacked for that.
I'd forgotten just how good he was at that, it's like summat out of The Matrix, and what about his second on the half volley, superb goal.
Its a pity there isnt a beamback for this game. We play them on a Tuesday night here in March. Not many will be going to this either way I dont think..
It is a shame, I asked James Mooney specifically about a beam-back for this game, he said they were having a conversation (both clubs have to agree, along with the Football League), but it obviously hasn't happened for some reason.
