Just read a little something, the top three currently have:

    1st: 345pts
    2nd: 272pts
    3rd: 251pts

If Mercedes were removed from the championship then it would be

    1st: 349pts
    2nd: 192pts
    3rd: 179pts

With the Championship being decided in Japan (with 5 races to go).

Except for when it's Maldonado, no matter who's fault it is, he's the one blamed.

I can't speak for black people of course, but certainly he is popular in Brazil not just because he considers himself Senna's heir, but because he is non-white. It makes him the hero of people in Brazil who will never be in positions in power because of their colour. Also I have seen programmes in the past about black TV personalities where people have talked about the significance to them of seeing someone of their colour on the screen. It's easy for those of us who are white not to have considered this before because predominantly our Formula 1 heroes are from the same ethnic background as us.

Can't see the logic in that myself. The unit is still unproven and possibly worse than Renault next year, although may be a better alternative than running you own engines (as discussed on the other thread) if it's a stop gap until 2017.

Lewis Hamilton gains yet another supporter.
Or, Lewis Hamilton found wrestling and killing an endangered animal.

Depending on whether you are a fan or not.

That sounds quite heavy to be honest, but we've always said there were too many chiefs in their setup and ultimately they lost the best because of it in Brawn.

Well i may be disappointed, but i'm certainly not shocked. Marc finished exactly where he wanted to today. Special mention to blocking your own teammate whilst simultaneously refusing to race Lorenzo.

Last race i was unsure who the biggest ****er in this whole affair was. Now it's extremely clear that it's Marc Marquez.

How did Marquez not make a single attempt to pass Lorenzo? Rossi is this years champ in my eyes.

To be fair Lorenzo won more races, but today's farce was embarrassing. I can't believe Honda, Repsol or the race team would except throwing away a win today - or even the possibility of a win. MotoGP officials had warned all drivers that any unsporting riding would be penalised.
