tbh i'm still in the mourinho in camp. As much as i didn't want mourinho to stay in 2007 as i felt his football was boring and and dull and could never see us dominate play, i wouldn't want mourinho, a legend of chelsea to end on such a low. He has earnt the right to take us to mid table this year, get rid of the trouble makers and come back stronger with us next year
That's quite refreshing to read tbh, I also agree that he has earned the right (if anyone has its him) be given time to fix the situation at Chelsea, at the end of the day he is one of the best managers around I say with gritted teeth
As a long time season ticket holder I too hope he is given the chance to turn things around, hes earned at least that . What is really annoying is watching highly paid players not giving every thing for the shirt and the fans no matter what they think of the manager, and their performances would not exactly make you want to pay big fees and wages to take them from Chelsea ,take note Eden.
I actually think he deserves time too, time well earnt. However if there are rats in the team...id love to see a club come out on top for once in a player v club battle. Sick of these overpaid idiots who I can't find any common ground with. Hope the club is big enough to name and shame then destroy the players rep. Chelsea is one of the few clubs that can afford to do this financially. How I wish they do.
One thing about this situation that's unique is that by sacking mourinho, we leave him nowhere to go. I genuinley believe jose will struggle to get a job at the top table after this and in effect it'd destroy him. He needs this job and beyond all the football talk-making a major decision now would really hurt the man. It would be morally wrong to sack the best manager of the clubs history. We can take one bad year, to show proper respect to jose.
I disagree with him having no where to go after this, psg have wanted him for years, city maybe not now but would take him, even rumours about Madrid again recently.
On a serious note, I am honestly concerned about Jose's state of mind (don't know if he has any personal problems). If you watch him on the bench and touchline, his body language and facial expressions suggest he truly believes all the conspiracy stuff he has been talking about. I fear he has developed a genuine paranoia and needs a break and/or counselling.
