Legal papers have been served on Mourinho personally, as well as Chelsea FC. I wonder if it's potentially enough of an excuse to sack him without paying him off?
I reckon if he went Chelsea would reinstate her, surprised they didn't sack him after the weekend too.
I like Mourinho but on this occasion he was totally out of order and a pillock for his outburst she was a medic attending an injury not a someone who got involved with the in and outs of football's rules, she attended and injury nothing more nothing less.
Interesting that the player who was rolling around on the floor like he had been shot has not come in for any criticism.
Sadly an all to common occurance into days game this rolling about and now the cameras show many of these incidences are nothing more than plain cheating its something the authorities need to deal with. Mourinho and other manager/coaches play up to this cheating with their touchline tactics which in turn just makes todays game a farce, watching foreign matches on Sky and it seems even worse in other countries. At least years ago if a player got clobbered, which they often did without complaint, they knew about it and there was no doubt that if you got clobbered by the likes of Billy Bremner, Tommy Smith, Jock Davidson, Norman Hunter, Pete Storey, I could go on but you get the drift, then you rolled in agony not for show but because it bluddy hurt.

The court case has started today. It seems that Carneiro turned down a £1.2m out of court settlement, she's obviously fairly confident of winning.
