I haven't got a solution. Sadly by the time all the charlatans have picked over the corpse of our club it has been left in a position that is not solve able by anyone with a normal strategy and funding mechanism.....
Given you haven't a solution, maybe you'd consider doing a little further research into groups that are at least trying before knocking the idea
Unless there are a few fans with over £1million to invest each it isn't going to happen. Who will do DD, who will have the overall say, I honestly want to believe this would work but it has too many flaws, Cellino knows that, I don't know what his motive is but there will be one.
Thanks Eire just been reading it and page 7 of the document. Page 7 details when the idea would be scrapped which says it all I'm afraid. When the 10% of holding money has been exhausted they will shelve the plan. Even at 3million how far is £300k going to go in legal costs of buying the club and DD. I wish I had an answer but I 100% guarantee this deal is not going to happen so I am not going to get excited by it. Nice idea, reality of it happening zilch, just read page 7
Exactly. Theyre outlining plans a little clearer this week, after Cellinos announcement so will make up my mind then.
Cant say one way or the other Ristac until it becomes clear what major investors have or will get involved. It was never intended that the shares were to do the entire deal. As so many have said, at least theyre trying and its good to see Leeds fans uniting about something
If people don't wona put in 100 we could make a group say everyone puts in a tenner/twenty and we group buy shares. I'd be happy to arrange it or if someone more known/trusted wanted to do it.
Will make up my mind over coming week but a share is likely at this moment. Nothing to lose. No point in gobbing off about Cellino if Im not willing to offer to support to those trying to make a difference
Wherever there is a scheme there is a schemer. The best scams are those where people fall over themselves to get get conned out of their own money. I can see it now.... Glory enterprises setting up an offshore call centre for ringing leeds fans and saying " have you been miss sold an opportunity to own a football club"? It might even replace those PPI calls you all get every week.
As I say if it's a scam **** it. I don't think it is but I've been scammed out if plenty if dosh by Leeds what's an extra 100 gona do.
