You can have a cig at half time at the KC, but I'm pissed off that I didn't know you could have one today.
There must be a way of splitting ticket sales into sitting and standing areas : its not rocket science. Is the problem due to clubs not wanting to admit that they allow some fans to stand when they quite clearly do. At least it will not be a problen on Tuesday
I am someone who has a foot in both camps. I like to stand and sing but my age and back problems mean I cannot do it for 90 mins.
As an aside one of my highlights today was hearing a City fan saying someone was " as bent as a 10 bob note" What ?
I can only imagine it's to try and reduce the influence the away fans have on the atmosphere, the same way Newcastle and Sunderland stick the away fans up in the gods. We were in the lower tier, it looked a lot more lively at the top.
Despite all the standing/sitting debate I thought the our fans were very good today, created a lot of noise and got behind the team. Obviously it would have been great if everyone joined in but that's never going to happen. It's easy to pick faults and moan but despite all that it was a great away day.
I'm sure it is, but they had some of their own up there as well, if they filled the whole bottom tier it would be better for home and away fans.
10 Bob=50p. There has never been a 50p note so if you have one its not real currency and has to be a forgery ergo 'bent'.
I liked the im the same! But if the the fella had asked me to sit down instead of telling my wife to sit down! I might have been more obliging! My back was killing me.
