Mourinho is a superb coach. Not sure about his management skills! However, his approach is only ever going to work for a club over the course of a couple of seasons as he doesn't believe in short term pain for long term gain. He also creates such a toxic environment that leaving after a brief period of success is inevitable.
I'm not sure about the toxic envirorment, I think it's more about the prima dona millionaire players deciding after a spell that they'd prefer an easier life under some wet fart like Di Matteo for example. Mourinho isn't one to buff their egos and these days the poor little lambs 'demand' respect. If they do can him I hope he ****s them over by going to City.
It's not just the players who go toxic. It's the backroom staff, club management and ownership as well.
I do think that Eva debacle has something to do with, as he handled that ****ing terribly. I'm sure a few of them were getting a crafty **** when they were going for their rub down aswell like. So they got their arses out over it.
I've heard the same story from two what I would classify as reasonably ITK sources. They are totally independent from each other so I thought it was quite interesting when they both had the same tale to tell. 2+2= 7.

Agree I think it would have started some mumbling between the players and more importantly, loss of respect imo. Plus Hazard is burned out.
Looks like he's started to think about his replacing Ronaldo. When do we expect Real to make the move for him, the summer or next
He really is on the edge. Not so much from getting fired but in the fact he looks shot mentally. Press interviews today were very wobbly.
He was very close to a storming out, in fact he tried but the interviewer pulled him back. Mourinho never has been good at handling bad pressure, good pressure sure get his teams over the winning line, but when things are going badly he falls apart.
The Portuguese **** shouldn't be sacked, its funny as **** watching his maniacal antics on the line and his squirming in front of the tv cameras. #keepjoseatchelsea
