Livermore...great range of passing, popped up everywhere, unbelievable energy. Hernandez... Great determination to make something out of nothing. Great pass for Elmo. When he does confidence like this he is such a class act. Dawson...how boringly predictable, he just doesn't put a foot wrong. Special mentions to akpom and Bruce. Meyler also had a good game but looked tired.
Very difficult one this. The team as a whole played within themself. We scored and then just went through the motions. They couldnt/didnt really trouble us. Just annoying a few times when we could break we just seemed happy to turn back . Bruce. Read it well all game couple of great challenges and clearances. Meyler. Livermore Those two bottled the game up. Wasnt great today but we won and move on.
Dawson Bruce Livermore No idea why I was worried about Davies being injured, Bruce was excellent today. Dawson was brilliant, I think we underrate him and have just come to expect his brilliance so we don't appreciate it as much. He would walk into a lot of PL teams. I think Livermore brings a lot of energy. They did overrun us in midfield today though, they controlled the game without really creating anything.
