Clattenburg added on time beyond the 2 minutes though, which allowed the move that lead to the goal. There was no reason to add the additional 30 seconds beyond the allotted 2 he'd indicated to the 4th official, as there'd been no additional stoppages. He was just waiting for the ball to go dead, which they all seem to do, but it doesn't make it right.

 

We would have been relegated to the 5th division by now if Rogers were still in charge.

Obviously, and they shouldn't have switched off, but he did add the time from nowhere. I'd have been pissed off if it was us, and I'm sure you'd have felt the same if you were honest.

You still deserved the win, but that goal changed the game, without doubt.

 

Our players are not all superstars but not rubbish either. Management was the problem.

If Rodgers were in charge, Coutinho would have played fantastic but we would have still lost.

 

Almost didn't mind you guys winning today, was quite funny seeing Mourinho's usual antics.

The complaining about the referee is all nit picking on minor details. Chelsea are a joke at the moment, and you guys where always going to win that game.

The amount of space Benteke had for his goal, just highlights how easy it is to score goals past them. I hope they don't sack him before we play them

 

I was working in a blackspot building today, no internet or phone signal at all. Came out at lunchtime, listened right up until the 45th minute then got called back in by the boss.

It's the first time I was unable to check the score during a game in years, no more footie for me then for the rest of the season.
