Bit of Friday analysis for you...

After 10 games, here are the teams historically in the PL era that have had 6 points or less (R) = Relegated (S) = Survived

    Burnley (R)
    Sunderland (S)
    Palace (S)
    Reading (R)
    Southampton (S)
    QPR (R)
    Blackburn (R)
    Wigan (S)
    West Ham (R)
    Derby (R)
    Birmingham (R)
    Sunderland (R)
    Norwich (R)
    Leicester (R)
    Sheff Wed (R)
    Bolton (R)
    City Lol (R)
    Swindon (R)
    Forest (R)

As you can see, mortality rates have improved as the years have gone on... it's more common to survive nowadays after a terrible start.

Back in the day, clubs just seemed to give up.

Puts paid to the theory that foreigners have less fight than Brits in a way I guess... but either way, for you lot and Newcastle there's no way I'd write you off after this poor start, maybe 15 years ago or 20 years ago I would.

It's the height of Geordie humour mate.

You know when 9 year olds see a man with a beard and it's either 'Captain Birdseye or KFC' ........ well the Mags went for KFC.

I know it doesn't sound funny, perhaps you had to be there <doh>

Anyway SId, while yer on, why can't we have these hilarious tags on our board?

They think they've got you hanging on a string. They don't realise your wumming style is wasting their life. The more they respond the more you will. So what happens is half dozzen mags spend their day talking about you <laugh> <doh>

Last bit edited by Sid. Reason: I let you have your say on the "Sid" thread. Time to let it lie...

We dont often get tags on here. No one can be arsed.

We have had taggate in the past. But most of us cant be bothered with them.

We are not shy on this board. If someone wants to call another a twat or anything we shall do. Put it out there.

But then in the eyes of the mags wr are all in the fight club. As we put it in the open not hidden in tags at the bottom of the page.

You can, although no-one really uses them on here. Anyway, used car salesman is more appropriate if what I hear is true :) Something about a Peugot 205?

Yeah but what you see is what you get with us. They like to snide and snipe. True on these boards as it is in real life from my experience.

Tags on this thread are going well <laugh>

    They're such little hypocrites.

They act the hard men, on the internet, but as soon as you ask if they'd like to repeat it in person they scream 'internet hard man'.

Are they really too thick to see the irony <doh>

So if I understand the nags so far...They are Germany/Hitler and since they lost reckon the English cheated and should now shut up about the win as they have moved on and its poor form to keep hoing on about it. Lots of 'Dad's Army' stuff to come then

Yawn..... It's not about possession Schteve... It's about what you do with that possession that matters! <doh>
I remember the Mags creaming their knickers when they beat Swansea 2-0 away when hardly had a kick of the ball. Didn't get too many complaints that day :headbang:

    Stop spoiling their fantasy world.

Posession football is the future. The score is irrelevant.

Keep up with the times. Corners and sideway passes are all important now.

Oh and pitch invasions. That like the champions league now.
