What they're all missing is that Newcastle were absolute dogshit in some of McClaren's first games. Allardyce has had a fortnight with the players and no one expected us to be brilliant against Newcastle. We need to be lots fitter and much better drilled which will take time. They should also remember Newcastle were playing the bottom side and barely troubled the keeper in the first half with 11 men.
