I want to know what the **** you are smoking...... We have pending court cases against us for £30mill...
Typo... I meant the £10mill I mentioned yesterday.. Macron £5mill Enterprise £1.5mill And we WILL lose both of those to start with.
Why would Macron get there full sponsorship back, and the Enterprise they pulled out of that to try to force club into admin, not only will they lose but have to pay damages IMO.
Eh, what about the 20+ prending court cases? £5M to Macron alone. What has he done that's made you better? Has he bought the ground back? Or training ground? Increased your revenue by attracting bigger crowds? A nice shirt sponsor? All I can see he's done is sacked half the staff (without paying them) Made the team worse, you are without a main sponsor, and loaded the debt into loans. You think that's better? Under Bates you made a profit in his last 3 years as owner
Chippy, I'm confused you've called most things right and are vehemently opposed to Cellino. Isn't this, if true, be a good thing if the fans group get him out?
IMHO what we need is a "normal" ownership structure with a small group of independently wealthy directors bringing their business skills to the boardroom investing their own cash and letting football men run the football side of things. What we don't need are a rag bag of people talking the talk but without the funds to walk the walk. I can't see this deal coming off and either a Pearson inspired consortium (sadly including verity) or red bull will be our new owners sometime in January. The worry is if we were to win the next three games Cellino would call off any sale.. I hate hoping we continue to lose but that's where I am..
What planet you on TC,brought in big sponsors this season, the loans are to himself,we have no debt, almost halved the wage bill so we can now live within our means, and the team is better. Now your owner, wasted £30 mill and took you down. Now that is one useless cnut.
Try reading all the post. The word you missed was finance.so you think massive debt about to take us down sell all the team off cheap, admin and league 1 was much better.

Because he "lent" the club money it will become a debt that will need to be repaid to him when he sells..... As for halving the wage bill that was his biggest mistake. Every business has to invest the most it can in its core product, in the case of a footie club that's the coaching and playing staff. Because of his business model ( the same one he used to such bad effect in italy)we have the worst Leeds team anybody still alive has ever seen.

Not disagreeing but surely the first objective is ridding this club of the mad man. He maybe taking us back to league 1 with a whole load of writs against the club. Personally at the moment I'd settle for just knowing who (exactly) the owners are and any plan to move the club forward rather than embarrassing, which is where we seem to be

That's how gfh shafted Cellino in the first place. And a goal keeper, two centre halves, a defensive midfielder, a captain and a manager. Serious question. Are united utilities putting crystal meth into the water supply of Cheshire?
We owned our own ground back then, you said 20+ years, we were not in debt then, have a look at this https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/1995–96_Leeds_United_A.F.C._season Bring back some pleasant memories...
