I see that Kish's petition is getting some predictable stick from the resident morons on CL, not least Prague Arselicker who spent at least 10 seasons under whichever table Murray happened to be sitting at. It sort of sums up the problem at Charlton - a group of our fans are just as big a problem as the owner is.
He then points out that you'd be better going to a CAST meeting, which sort of explains his attitude. Judean People's Front come to mind.
I think I coined the phrase about the "Charlton People's Judean Front" at the onset of this fiasco Kish is getting a taste of what he is up against - Charlton Life really has become a Kojak convention, all fighting over the same comb.
I just had a look - he has a right nasty side. He comes across as being put out by anything charlton that hasn't come through him? A sad state of affairs - especially when you know some of the individuals he's surrounded himself with in the past. How he has the audacity to criticise anyone after the trust fiasco tells me he's as arrogant and naive as a certain Miss Meire. But I Suppose a black and white scarf will come in pretty handy in Prague at this time of the year.
Double post - but I'm sat here re-reading that thread and genuine anger has built up. It's not because kish is one of our own, but how odious one individual can be. If he truly believes that he and his pals/trust (whatever you want to call it) have the answers, and anyone else dare leave a footprint whilst trying to draw attention to the plight of our club - then by hell, don't disparage the individual. Don't detract them, or from them - help them. Does he have Twitter? As I want to address this on the head, and I'm not a member of CL, nor do I particularly want to (that's nothing against the site whatsoever btw)

I'm afraid I lost it on there and called him pompous. May I apologise to everyone on here for bring our reputation into disrepute for both daring to post on there and support Kish but also for my mistaken use of the adjective. - It should have been vacuous. His support is clearly for himself and his own perspective, defending himself against having his name associated with anything as radical as a protest. After all he may never gain be invited to the board room.
I thought you handled yourself impeccably. The attempt to belittle the petition, rather than assist it (if he feels he can) is plain vindictive. Another step back for the trust - and they have my sympathy on this occasion as its one mans doing.
When Luzon was sacked I did think for a nano second that certain supporters and supporter groups might change their ways and unite for the common good. It will never happen. What a sad 'organisation' CAST has become....the footballing version of the Dan Ackroyd character in Trading Places..the smelly and scruffy vagrant...destined to always look wistfully thru the window at the glamourous party they will never get invited to inside.
I was reading the CL stuff today whilst in a caf waiting for a meeting; it was just bizarre. Thanks SVC for some very well argued and eloquent words of support. I'm entirely bemused by their reaction and now, finally, understand all that's been said about them in the past! Still I remain undeterred.
