Of course you need squad rotation, but he got it completely wrong against Wednesday - even admitted it, amazingly! Completely underestimated the opposition and got his arse handed to him on a plate.
Wenger can admit that he got it wrong (which he so very clearly did), yet PIXIE simply cannot admit that Wenger got it wrong. There's loyalty, and then there's complete and utter ****-wittedness. We all know which end of that spectrum applies to PIXIE.
