Im all for a laugh but coming on here claiming its a stonewall penalty and a red despite the fa decision is irritating.

I watched the incident from close range at the time and believe the ref got it spot on with no option but to send him off, and after seeing numerous replays I have saw nothing to change my mind..

Watched it a number of times from different angles and looks like a penalty to me. At first I thought he was just shielding it and came into contact but he does shove him. Its not a red card for the obvious reason that Elliot would have probably got there before Fletcher anyway. Players get away with these sort of fouls on a regular basis but they should be given according to letter of law. I wish referees would also give obstruction when a defender holds an attacker off while allowing the ball to run out of play - he obviously has no intention of playing the ball and therefore he has no right to stop the opposition player trying to play it.
