Can't see Klopp playing a strong side - think he's more interested in the league and Europa League for now. Needs to give some players a rest now - Can, Sakho, Clyne in particular have played a lot of football and full 90 mins.

Rumour has it Sturridge has suffered another injury in training They suspect it is an actual break this time He is on a plane to USA to been seen by one of the worlds leading pedicurists It is hoped that he will only be out for about 4 weeks as it is hoped just a trim and regrowth of the nail will be required. Although if the nail is bruised it is feared he may be out for longer, until this grows out. If they can't find those two blokes who are missing at Anfield they may call the game off. Apparently the bomb squad are there now with the sniffer dogs so they must think it is more than a couple of EFC fans becoming depressed at all the trophies they have seen and not being able to manage the full tour.
i assume it will be a shadow team due to the number of important games coming up (plus the travel for Rubin Kazan away) though 1st team squad players who need game time likely to play i.e. Firminho ,Ibe
