I'll leave that to TSS. The stewards didn't think so, no, but Rossi's assertion is that Marquez has been riding deliberately slowly to bugger up Rossi's races and cost him the championship.

Never understand computers. My sound has been off for a couple of days and some videos wouldn't play. Planned to take it back to shop tomorrow and now it is working again. It was just trying to make me look stupid (stupider).
A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in Northern Ireland over the TalkTalk hacking attack, Scotland Yard has said. Metropolitan Police said a house was searched in County Antrim on Monday afternoon. The boy was arrested on suspicion of Computer Misuse Act offences. He has been taken into custody at a police station in Antrim. A search of the address is ongoing and inquiries continue. The statement said this was a joint investigation involving the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), and detectives from the Metropolitan Police Cyber Crime Unit (MPCCU). http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-34643783
The House of Lords has voted to delay cuts to tax credit cuts, having decided against scrapping the changes entirely. The government lost a vote by 307 votes to 277 on pausing the cuts until an independent assessment of their impact had been carried out. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-34631156
Today, a customer of mine asked, I've heard you know about computers too, don't you.? When I said yes, she said her laptop was playing up and would I look at it. So I told her to switch it on. This she did and then we waited for it to 'play up' Of course, it behaved itself perfectly. She threw up her hands and said, it knows you're standing there.! Perhaps it did.
Southampton University won University Challenge tonight and are through to the next round. Portsmouth University have never been invited back after one of their students in response to a question from Paxman replied "Dunno mate".
Dammit, forgot to watch it last night. I'll do an ITV4 player thingy and come back to the subject. OK.? Just a bit of background stuff before I do. Rossi has had a very long career, and certainly knows how to take care of himself on a bike. In his time he's had open physical rivalry with Max Biaggi, Sete Gibernau, and in recent years, Jorge Lorenzo. All have taken bites out of him and he has bitten back or done it first, he's thought it required. It's basically when aggressive riding has gone over the top due to personal or championship circumstances. I've watched Marc Marquez ever since his first season in 125cc, when he was 15/16 and as soon as I saw him race I knew he'd be a world champion. But he has an over-charged aggressive side. He has been punished repeatedly for over-aggressive, and indeed dangerous, riding. World Champions have to have a bit of devil in them occasionally and Marc is not not short on it. Vale can dish it out too. I'll have a watch sometime tonight. The video above has a poor angle to it.
Oh don't get me wrong, I LOVE the needle. Gives it a whole other dimension - the Senna/Prost angle if you like. There's two angles of this move - one that makes Vale look the very bad man (as above) and another that....well....in my eyes looks a lot like at worst a 50/50 incident. You could see him getting more and more wound up as the race goes on, and I think ultimately he just snapped a bit. Valencia is going to be stunning though (although quite how even a man with his incredible skills can turn this one round I don't know....)
Osborne now wants reform in the House of Lords, after the tax credits bill was voted down. However, the party blocked reform in the last couple of years. But now, they want reform. Funny that.
