In the first 8 games we conceded 18 goal at a rate of 2.25 per game. Enter BSA we concede one goal in 2 games. Looks like his early observation about being tight at the back is something he has worked very hard on. Early days, but looking a whole lot better in that department.
Got to say that we defended better against WBA than last Sunday. Pants was like jelly the first half but got some of his game the second. Any other team could possibly gone in with a two goal lead but their win against Norwich seemed to go their heads and that Winegum just seemed interested into showing his ability off rather than getting stuck in. The pairing of Coates and Kabould still looks fragile but at least it had Catts protecting them.
