We didn't pay him anything you did that's where the money went,we paid nothing (show me otherwise) if you can. And its 3 goals then fook that's ****,Maybe league 2 is more his level..
ALL the money we paid you for him (£250K) went TOWARDS paying him off So basically we got him for fook all as instead of paying his £20k per week wages - you did it for us http://www.90min.com/posts/2425051-leeds-confirm-departure-of-steve-morison-to-millwall Now the £3M and £30K per week Chris Wood cost - he must have 15 goals and a dozen assists by now eh?
another player whos career took a turn for the best with us and a turn for the worst with Leeds 30k per week what mugs he has only had i good season ever
Thanks for your post TC,it does say clearly Millwall paid a fee to pay off Morisons contract (not part of) just paid off the contract.9 months at about £20,000 a week about £700,000.THANKS one born every minute.. According to the Yorkshire Evening Post, that fee is purely to cover the cost of paying off the Wales international, who scored five goals in 45 appearances for the Whites.
Ow dear bad timing Mighty,I've just distroyed TC'S argument game set and match, and then you jump in wearing your wellies on TC's joke part of the post.No one at Leeds is on any where near £30,000 more like half that number.
Yes mighty keep up - Chris Wood left his £30k per week Leicester career behind and failed to agree personal terms with Wolves who only offered him £25K per week so instead he went for the BETTER offer from Leeds of £15K per week Those Northern eejits will believe anything the Eeytie says
OW dear a bit slow this one,he wasn't on £30,000 at Leicester,Leeds offered more transfer money than Wolves,Wolves never matched the same fee and Woods never spoke to Wolves because they never matched the same fee. but don't let facts get in the way of a good story TC.
Wolves couldn't agree personal terms with Wood because he never spoke to them OR Jackett knew £3M and £30K a week was too expensive for a forward that only scores penalty's
http://www.shropshirestar.com/sport...1/leeds-beat-wolves-for-chris-wood-signature/ "they were offering a longer contract and higher wages" 4 years and £30K per week In 4 years time he will have cost you £9.24M in fee and wages - OR £1.5M per goal
FFS TC another own goal you put up a post that proves me right and you wrong. They couldn't match Leeds offer so never spoke to him about wage or anything else as its not allowed. As revealed last night, Wolves pulled out of the race to sign the former Albion man as they were not prepared to meet a transfer fee approaching £3million. Leeds were prepared to pay the cash and so Wolves ended their chase. It's also thought they were offering a longer contract and higher wages.(but we will never know as they never spoke to him because its not allowed untill a fee is agreed.)
One Millwall fool a day is enough thanks come back tomorrow. That picture is of Cheese hooking a big Millwall fish isn't it.Go have a lie down m8 lol
Evening LW and all. If we have spent anywhere near that sort of money, 7 or 13 million then results so far suggests it's been a complete waste. So if it is Cellino picking the players then he needs to butt out and leave it to someone better. If it's the manager / coach/ head of recruitment then he needs to appoint better.
