    Certainly take that, some "could have" chances rather than "should have". Benteke will come on so we'll see what Ron's cunning plan is this week.

    Liverpool with more of the ball and being given some space, as you would expect at home. But they haven't had too many good chances. Saints looked to counter.

    Seemed fairly even to me, and about what we all would have expected.

    Clasie so far has made one really nice pass, otherwise I'd say has been solid, but unremarkable.

    And I'm as guilty as anyone of questioning the lineup today. A very good half, and Virgil and Mané could easily have scored. The important thing now is come out at 100mph and unsettle them again.

    Yep, happy with that. Pelle and Tadic is one area which requires improvement (the other being that Moreno is getting too much space, given that we don't play with an out-and-out RM), but that's all. Wanyama and Clasie have been solid, the back four has been solid, Mane has looked dangerous in patches. Thumbs up from me.

    Winnable game. Slightly worried about Benteke coming on. If we can score first - we might get something from this. What is really annoying is I now have Bien Sports here in Dubai but the commentary is in Arabic. So I have the TV muted and have Talk Sport commentary in the background but the commentary is about 30 secs behind the visual footage. So the slow motion replay after an incident is 'live' audio!! Ugh!! Any ideas?

    Presumably Clasie wont last the full 90. So if the score is still level when he comes off, it'll be interesting whether Ron turns to Romeu or JWP. (The choice probably gets made for him, if one side is in front).
