How strange. You're exactly the sort of fickle **** we don't need at the club. First whiff of anything you don't agree with and you claim to be boycotting the club. Whilst, I imagine, stamping your foot really hard and pouting. Furiously. Unless it's the odd away game. Or an FA Cup run. Or any Cup run. City Til I Die. Unless Utd are playing eh? Good job we didn't have to endure fans like you in the properly dark days.
Bit of advice no one gives a ****. We didnt get over 20000, apart from the last game against Cardiff, in Bruce's first promotion campaign. We didnt sell out much in our second PL season under Brown.
Strange you have been baiting me for a few posts.... Good to know, that no one gives a **** why 7000 have dissappeared off the attendances.... Which was the question posed earlier in the thread by the way by several posters.......
Hes good at getting teams to the Premier league . But not good at keeping teams up. So i would have to say no .
Touched a nerve have we.......... For your info I've been a season ticket holder since 1986. Seen all the **** thats come our way. Been to Torquay, Plymouth, Rushden, Orient, Pompey, Bristol Rovers at Bath, plus many, many other ****ty little grounds in the pissing down rain, watching us lose most weeks. But...we were a community then....everyone stuck together....... Well the Allams have certainly won....divide an conquer....this thread is the epitome of it..... Enjoy your football guys.....
You certainly can... Man Utd - £532, Man City - £299, Aston Villa £335, Stoke £294, Everton £444 etc etc. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-34507719
Is this where we are now? The divide and conquer plan of the Allams seems to be working. Fans slagging off fans, who sits who stands, who goes to all the home games who picks and chooses, who goes to away games who doesn't, those who don't sing rejoicing that others are not singing a City song. What a sorry state of affairs the club as a whole has become. So many opportunities to unite have passed by.
Just explaining you're cutting off your nose etc We were relegated, thats why the attendances drop. As i explained we are getting as many as we did in Bruces first promotion season. People dont like that fact but it is a fact.
I never started it, Chazz, I simply said I looked forward to your match report, the thing you had previously claimed to do when trying to insult me, the one that is a figment of your imagination. It would appear you don't do one so I will move on and get feedback on the game as I always have, when I need to. When I read your OPs on the MD threads, it always comes across as the team you would like started, like the one where you plonked Maguire in - Notts Forest - really does read as your team, the rest you're not clear. Never-mind, it's not important, go with the breeze, Chazz. I don't go to games? Wrong, maybe not many, but you're wrong. You just like to bump your gums about something you know nothing of. I never post on the detail of a game unless I have seen it live or on the TV, much the same as others on here, nor do I give MOTM; but I will and am able to make observations on team selections and substitutions (to a point), if you feel you would be unable to do that then I would probably agree with you, you don't seem able. Ryan Taylor was a very good utility player, his injuries have taken a toll - do you dispute that? We had ****e at RB when I posted that - do you dispute that? I said they might improve and one of them has - do you dispute that? Fairly balanced, I think; thanks for pointing out how I am measured in my posts!
If you also scroll down that list you will see we are the only team in the Championship with an entry point of over £500. Logging off now, so you can all get back to discussing how nice everything looks in our wonderful garden. Just a shame the admission price means there are not many admirers.
There seems to be about 17,000 or more admirers. Very few of the people I know that didn't renew mention the Allams or the price hike as the reason.
City till i die is a great chant... I will be singing it again for sure. I dont see it as a protest song as we sung it well before the name change stuff. Anyone celebrating us not singing it is stupid. The Allams are ****s for making it impossible for some fans to afford to go . It doesnt effect me...BUT i hate it when people who want to go cant. The club havent done any offers They havent done anything to TRY and fill those seats.. To me its worse then the name change. Pricing supporters out.
Being precious and football forums aren't really suited. You're leaving because someone disagreed with you?! FFS, we wouldn't have many posters if everyone did that.
