Sorry, would just like to point out my post was not a dig a you Stroller or for this thread in particular , just the forum in general. I'm finding it all a tad depressing right now that's all. A win will be just the tonic to lift us all, oh and a new manager, chairman,stadium, training facilities....

Thanks Tooting for the explaination...and just so I can solidify my "look really stupid" persona, how is Swordsy using the word "tout" here as in "anti-tout"...To me a Tout, is one of those creatures who buys up the tickets I want and sells them to me at a price I cannot afford.

Morning! I'll use the above as indicative of the drivel you were posting on a thread which was meant to be about discussion of a serious issue, where disagreement is fine but disrespect isn't. I was provoked by the inanity, the self absorption, the pointlessness of every single thing you write on here. Usually I ignore it, but not on that thread.

I may be a pretty blunt instrument (I'll let others judge) but the evidence of this site in Swords' IQ test thread is that you are the thickest person on here by some distance. And man, does it show.

Congratulations, you have created a persona on here which is widely, possibly universally, despised. That's some achievement, I'm sure you sit sniggering at the responses you provoke. Burger King Fights McDonald's 'I'm Lovin It' With New 'Heavy Meat' Campaign

McDonald's just launched a new campaign with the tagline, "I'm Lovin It." The goal of the campaign, which began overseas and is now running in the American market, is to rekindle the flagging desire of consumers, particularly children, teenagers and younger adults to visit McDonald's restaurants and order mainstay menu items. Not to be outdone, Burger King is trying to stimulate some desire of it's own with a little "bravertising" campaign designed to make sure consumers know Burger King is the place to go when they want a nice heavy piece of meat. Beth, we have eaten like kings, or pigs - helped by being with our Chicago native mates. So had original Chicago deep dish pizza from Pizzeria Uno (I only eat this in Chicago, it's more of a pie than a pizza), truly outstanding steak at the Chicago Chop house and proper Italian at Riccardo's Trattoria. Topped up with proper US breakfasts, the odd burger or muffin, and currently breakfasting on artisan doughnuts from Glazed 'n Infused. Flying home later today.

This is a great city, I would move here in a heart beat.

Agree with you entirely Stan, been twice, both times for work...but stayed an extra weekend both times.
Probably the fun-est I have been too (New york, is a lot more scary)

Been to the Chicago chop house too, and also a wonderful seafood place overlooking the lake where we had gumbo and the best Sockeye ever, washed down with some very nice Cakebread Chardonney. Great times
