Claudio Ranieri has said Leonardo Ulloa has picked up a knock in training and will miss the game Matty James is progressing well but still way off a comeback Jamie Vardy will continue to play with a broken wrist
Merson has us down to lose again, will he eventually get on right? He's going off the theory we must lose sometime but so far we are disappointing him
What´s the odds on our 1st clean sheet ???? Amazing how Simpson has go into the team. I think I´d go for Dyer from the off. This´ll be a tough game, but then again they all are I guess. "UTF"
According to Pardew, there is "Zero" chance of it being 0-0 and told their fans to expect them to score. about right to be fair lol
Some excellent news before kick-off Lawro has duly obliged and once more cursed our opponents by predicting that they will beat us http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34593523 Fair play Lawro - law of averages says that you will be right one day - and let's face it, you don't like changing things too much, as your 70s mullet and minimalist lip carpet all too sadly demonstrate - but wouldn't it be just great to make this one our most convincing performances of the season and stuff it right back up him ...
Palace struggling for strikers at the minute with Gayle suspended, Wickham and Chamakh injured leaving them with just Frazier Campbell and Patrick Bamford. 2 players who have hardly played this season
They still have Zaha, Puncheon, Bolasie and Sako, so my guess would be that they would play 3 of those 4 as a top 3, pushing one central.
Pretty sure Sako will score, making us rue not signing him in the summer, pretty scared about Bolasie and Zaha up against our full-backs as well. They can take a decent set-piece too and I hope we've been training all week for that, certainly didn't look like it last time around! Tough to call this, though I expect it to be a decent game (maybe only for the neutrals!).
Leicester City 01 Schmeichel 17 Simpson 05 Morgan 06 Huth 28 Fuchs 11 Albrighton 04 Drinkwater 14 Kanté 15 Schlupp 26 Mahrez 09 Vardy Substitutes 02 de Laet 10 King 19 Kramaric 20 Okazaki 24 Dyer 32 Schwarzer 33 Inler Same team as last time but with Mahrez in for Okazaki. TBH I would have preferred Ulloa as I can see Vardy and Mahrez being bullied by Danns and Hangeland.
30 mins gone & we have had 7 shots on goal (2 on target) to CP´s 1 (non on target). I take it we are enjoying alot of the ball then ?
Thierry Henry, Alan Shearer, Ian Wright, Mark Stein, Emmanuel Adebayor, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Daniel Sturridge and Jamie Vardy have all scored in seven successive Premier League games. Really good company there.
