Conceding 3 goals against a struggling team who themselves had only scored 7 goals in the previous 7 matches....... dire. This complete lack of action is demoralizing, why are they here ruining our club ?

This is what is what I sent to Meire. I have been a Charlton supporter for fifty five years and last nights performance was one of the poorest most abject, heartless displays I have ever seen. The squad is paper thin and the cracks are showing. I am a Season ticket holder but I will not renew my ticket next Season because I am sick and tired of this Belgian experiment. Your boss has ripped the heart and soul out of the Club I love and I get no joy in watching a collection of Foreign mercenaries put on the beloved red shirt and not even try. Many long term Charlton Supporters feel the same way as me as evidenced by the rapidly falling attendances. This saddens me even more.

I have sent Katrien an e-mail: Hi, Katrien, I have prepaid to watch all Charlton matches this season, but I am finding that the product I paid for is different to the one I was given to expect. I was told that we had a manager who was another Sir Alex Ferguson. I was also told that our scouts really know what they're doing. With that combination it seemed that an exciting season was in prospect. Instead I am finding that the season is turning out to be a dismal experience, far short of what I paid for. As a paying customer, am I entitled to a refund, to bring the payment down to a realistic level? Best Wishes............
