Arsène Wenger has revealed the latest team updates ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash against Everton at Emirates Stadium:
    on Aaron Ramsey...

He had a scan today but he’s out. I believe he will be out until after the next international break. With the [last] international break, the fact that he played against Andorra certainly cost Bale and him as well.

    on
    David Ospina...
David Ospina is out for our next game and certainly until the next international break.

    on Wilshere, Rosicky and Welbeck...
For them, you can say around the New Year.

Will have to be fully focused for this game and put the great Munich result behind us. Everton will be no pushovers, and after getting hammered 3-0 at home to United, they will definitely want to respond.

I'd start Giroud for this one, and put either Walcott or OXO on the right in place of the injured Ramsey.

Definitely going to be tough and despite getting battered by United Everton are no pushovers. Still the players should be rested so come out strong and we should be taking all 3 points. Game after this is CoC so we can rest players during that one. With Ramsey injured it has to be either Oxo or Walcott as RW with Giroud up front.

It would be typical Arsenal to lose this one after beating an elite (best in form) European team. As stated, we have to stay focused and carry that momentum.

Everton are just as inconsistent as us. They were total dross against utd but you wouldn't be surprised if they pull out a worldie at the weekend..

You can just see Howard pulling off some worldie saves can't you?

Even though I think Everton are a good team who can cause us lots of problems, I'd still be tempted to rest Sanchez as he looks knackered and play a front 3 of Theo, Giroud, Oxo

This would be perfect. Neither of those three players played for 90mins yesterday. Hopefully Wenger goes for that option.

I was thinking of resting Sanchez, but next week our midweek game is in the CC and Sanchez will obviously not play, so he will be getting a good weeks rest after the Everton game, so based on that, I'd start him because he's going to get his rest anyways.

We also have a good 3 days off before we play Everton, that's a good recovery time for many players.

Lukaku is just the kind of striker Koscielny struggles with. (IMO)

I could see them scoring against us.

Looking at that list, a lot of teams seem to have Villa as their whipping boys

Don't have a problem with that at all. I'm happy to see Ozil, Caz and Ozil in the middle. I would love to see a front three of Sanchez, Walcott and OXO. Fast and furious.

Opps I meant Coqs. Just imagine having two Ozil's in the middle, amazing creativity but disastrous going back.

I agree that front 3 would be very fast and dangerous, and o, looking forward to seeing oxo get some more gametime and hopefully improve his consistency, because he's looked very good and dangerous at times this season.

Problem with OXO is he's never quite gone on a long run of form, so if he can do that, he will have moved up a level.
