I already do. It doesn't usually work this well. Wouldn't worry about Huddlestone being back in on Saturday. No chance he'll change it after this result unless forced to.
The main question is was Huddlestone dropped or just rested by Bruce. Maloney not playing surprised me, didn't matter in the end but we should be able to fit him in at some stage.
I'm waiting for Bruce to say in his post match interview how much better the midfield looked without Huddlestone.
Hope somebody comes in with an offer for Slugglestone in January so Bruce can get over his mancrush. Snodgrass said he's about ready to start training in Burnses pre-match interview so he could be ready by January and we also have Maloney who is a real attacking/FK threat. Hayden will probably go back to Arsenal. We will have by far the best back 3 or 4 and MF in the Championship. Elmo was on fire today and if Robertson can realise his potential we will be a real threat out wide. Diomande/Hernandez/Akpom/Luer (?), constitute a dangerous strike force. Just need Bruce to get the tactics right and let the team play like it did today. Beat Birmingham who had trouble with Bolton today on Saturday and we could be back to second!!
Listen, it's taken him eleven ****ing games to work out what most on here have been saying all season, Huddlestone doesn't add anything positive to the team, so excuse me for not giving him a gold star! The acid test will be whether it's filtered through his thick skull, we'll find out on Saturday.
Hernandez needs to get a grip. You can't afford to go a game without scoring at this level, especially in a rout like that. A spell on the bench might help him rediscover his form. Bruce out.
