Keeping it in perspective LB, AbelH would thrive off that kind of service, in an U21 game. When did you last see midfielders/strikers have that much time and space in a Championship match? I think some of our youngsters look the bizz, and some of the one touch football looks really slick but, they're not competing in matches that have ''first team'' intensity. The future under Pennock looks better than I can ever recall.
I accept that they are not up against first team opponents but our U21s seem to play a lot more intelligently than the first team. They are especially good at keeping onside.
