I don't understand why he wasn't permitted to consult the video ref for the decision. Surely if you're not sure who knocked the ball forward / back is reason enough to ask for help? That video ref was a joke anyway. It was him who contacted the ref about the so called deliberate handball in first half. Where was he when Scotland player was taken out the game before the ball went out for the line out which led to the penalty?

 

I agree with you on handball decision in first half,dreadful and cost Scotland.There's some ruling on what the TMO can decide and unfortunately that last minute decision doesn't come under that rule but they will review it!
