For a long time my rugby supporting friends say football fans are deluded when we say that our referees favour the "big teams". Now, after one or two poor decisions, according to them, that have denied Scotland a place in the semi- final they think that their refs favour the big teams. They say that Joubert should never referee again. Oh the irony

ridiculous considering the experts were still divided on the decision 15mins after the game had finished.

My instant reaction was to laugh too, but I think he'd be a plausible candidate.
He's not connected to the current clusterfuck, for a start.

Played at a high level in multiple countries and represented Switzerland.
Made a ton of money after leaving the game and invested in the grassroots level.
    Speaks five languages.
    Isn't Sepp Blatter.

What really tickles me is that FIFA has an ethics committee. A bit like ISIS having a lesbian & gay rights committee!...

Is that to sacking Rosler, hiring Evans or Cellino getting himself banned again? I guess it's take your pick really :D

The club's just an utter mess. You'd normally feel sorry for the fans, but it's Leeds.

Zamora getting the winner against them for Brighton on the weekend in the 89th minute with a very smart finish:

    Bloody awful goalkeeping, though.
That was his first goal for Brighton in 4,549 days, which has to be some sort of record.
Nice to see Hughton doing well there.

    Jamie Carragher <doh>.

Goodness me, what a load of shyte on the MNF. Shows 5 examples of the "wonderful" pressing game Klopp has introduced and how Liverpool after losing the ball, close Spurs down to get the ball back. On all the examples he shows they never for the ball back once <laugh>.

It was 5 years ago today that Gareth Bale scored his brilliant hat trick against Inter Milan. What great memories of his awesome performance that evening.

    Cardiff v Middlesbrough
    Charlton v Preston
    Huddersfield v MK Dons
    Hull v Ipswich
    QPR v Sheff Wed
    Rotherham v Reading
    Blackpool v Millwall
    Chesterfield v Southend
    Colchester v Port Vale
    Gillingham v Scunthorpe
    Peterborough v Wigan
    Swindon v Oldham

    Bristol Rov v Notts Co
    Hartlepool v Barnet

It just shows what they think of the fans.
I doubt that the clubs are too impressed, either.
    Less punters means less money.

I can remember a few "long" trips in the past.Via plane, including the Spurs team,to Middlesbro'.
Steam train to Carlisle v Spurs. To name a few.
The poor old fans, today, are well screwed when it comes to watch their team play away. They come second (?) to television every time....and these bloody Sunday games.......don't they know fans have to work on Mondays?
