Apart from the fact he looked ****ed after half an hour, he did look strong and as if he can hold the ball up which his job. His job will not to be great on the ground, so think form tonight he looked alright.
They mussed have sussed he can't do the basics of being an attacker ie staying onside and sent him back.
tbh Cullen wasn't offside once and had an alright game, looked quite quick, but like many players was being to greedy at times and nothing looked settled, and no partnerships. I might be asking to much for our first game back...

Wouldn't say hideous, but the stripes really should go all the way down...... But those pics weren't the best
it could be an illusion ... the fact that there is black in between the amber may seem to make the amber darker ... it could be
It looked a good goal; could you imagine Folan trying that, tripping on the ball, then fowling one of the hustling defenders.

He wouldnt come out of the dressing room It looked a good goal; could you imagine Folan trying that, tripping on the ball, then fowling one of the hustling defenders. In a word...... NO!
Good on him for scoring, i know it's only a friendly but it shows he has something about him and hopefully a sign of more to come in the coming season. If he can upset a few defences and chip in with a few goals then we can't complain. I'm sure Fryatt and Simpson will be glad of someone been there to do the donkey work, soething we missed last year.
