Have to disagree with you Fran. We badly need to do more then just "improve" things for disabled/ sick people. We need some one to look into it to see if something dodgy has been going on (quotas etc). Far too many disabled/ sick people kill themself or try to due to how they are treated by ATOS and the Government. I am glad the UN are looking into it. Sorry Fran but you are very wrong. While other countries may be worse then us and of course should be looked into. That shouldn't stop our government being looked into for how badly they have treated the sick/ disabled.
The easy target are the poor, sick and the disabled not the government. Kind of crazy that people think looking into it is a bad idea.

Just as stupid as trying to help sick / disabled not being treated like scum right? On people using drugs for personal use. I believe pot should be legal. Pot is used to treat various mental health issues in the USA and has had success in helping them out. By all means I don't believe all drugs should be legal, but believe pot should be. The government could even put a big tax on it which maybe would stop the poor/ sick getting shat on for a while.
Pot fine but the UN are talking about all drugs. Cocaine and heroin for example should never, ever be made legal.

Some people believe everything on facebook. I get more intellectual stimulation on a football forum than from anywhere else! I still love SKD!

Sorry Fran but that post is whats codswallop, easy to point the finger at 3rd world countries but in reality our government are just as corrupt/bent as most of theirs but most people refuse to accept it, the amount of likes your post got has actually concerned me. Also shouldn't we be setting an example to other countries? As Beef briefly alluded to the amount of suicides there have been after sick/disabled people are told to go back to work is sickening. I can't believe there are people who can sit and turn a blind eye to it... We should be leading the way in regards to helping our citizens who are less fortunate, not ****ing persecuting them so the 'stats' show less people on benefits. I hope the UN tears us a new one, I really do.
