What a disgrace I hope he never wears the shirt again and to be honest I doubt he will.

He'll almost certainly be gone in January.

Nice try, but I'm not biting!

I can't believe people are talking about leaving him out, though.

Because he had a poor performance, which of course to fickle football fans means he's complete **** and should never play again.

Give him a chance Bob. He's probably just a week away from full fitness.

He wasn't even that bad - he started put OK but just tried to be a bit too clever a couple of times. We had to change formation and he'd picked up a booking so he was the one to be yanked.

I haven't worked out what sort of player he is yet, maybe Brucie hasnt either?

I thought he was a box to box type...

He's been poor for weeks, it's not through a lack of effort he just is in bad form, I'd give him a couple of games rest and go from there

He did exactly as Ben Arfa used to do, skulk about waiting for the ball in attacking positions and not tracking back. At forest he did the very same thing that Ben Arf did at Man U (which ended in him coming straight off and packing his bags) gave the ball away stupidly cheaply then just stood there didn't track back at all left forest breaking 2 on 1 should have been an easy cheap goal but for a fantastic McGregor save.

If Ben Arfa can be called a lazy ****/disgrace etc Diame has done **** all different.

We should have kept Ben Arfa and built a team around him.

The single most gifted footballer ever to be employed by this club. :bandit:

He's never been a box-to-box type. He's a fairly attacking central midfielder who looks lethargic/lackadaisical at times, just like Yaya Toure, but he's still our best player. Given that this is Bruce's third season with him, and he's signed him twice, you'd hope he'd know what type of player he is.

He wasn't very good yesterday, but I think that's the first poor game he's had.

You just made my day Ernie!
The other thing that I chuckled at today was a member of Aussie Rules Team Carlton congratulated "lifetime Carlton fan and James Bond Actor, Roger Moore on his 82nd Birthday" and then put a picture of Michael Caine up.

Bruce needs to decide on Tom or Diame! But not both together for me.

Diame looks great, but delivers little, jibs tackles and shirks responsibility. He was doing my head in yesterday, Bruce too it would seem. He is a waste of a shirt all the time his promise is unfulfilled. And I don't think deep down he is interested in fulfilling that promise.

    Basically. Burn him.

Yes, reminds me of a poorer version of Toure too. But can't agree that was his first bad game. I think he's had a lot where he has contributed very little, redeemed sometimes by moments of genius, but not often enough to justify a starting place at the moment.

Examples? Not saying you're wrong just not sure which games. He was very good against Swansea, Cardiff and Forest I thought.

I thought he was good. Cracked the bar, made things happen, and Forest had three men on him at times they were so frightened of his ability.

Diame or Huddlestone, we can't carry both of these big oafs and seeing as Diame can actually score and create the team needs to be built around him and the bench reinforced for Huddlestones fat arse. I see poor Clucas is getting stick on here but imagine the workload him and Livermore have carrying both these and we looked a load better when Diame came off, Clucas especially. Imagine how much better we would be without Lumberstone!
